Red Wattles are listed as a threatened species by the US Livestock Conservatory, and with only 96 registered breeders in the US, they are the 2nd rarest breed in the country. 
Their meat is dark, well-marbled, delicious, and is preferred by many 5-star restaurants. 
Our pasture raised animals are fed non-GMO grains, supplemented with fresh hay. We never use growth hormones or antibiotics. 

A random drawing will be held on National Pulled Pork Day, October 12, 2024. All registrants must be willing to pick up their pork share at Rafter M Meats in Wilcox, AZ, in December 2024. We're accepting registrations through October 11, 2024. Sign up today for your chance to win!
