We offer chicken, duck, turkey and goose egg incubator/hatching services. You provide the eggs and lour experienced team will hatch them for you! You reserve a tray in the incubator for a up-front non-refundable security deposit ($12.50 per standard tray or $25 for Jumbo eggs tray).  Then pay a $1 fee for each egg (chick/duckling/gosling) that hatches.  This will come as a final invoice and is due before pickup.

(We currently can't offer services for small eggs such as quail or huge eggs such as emo/ostrich.  If you are interested, please contact us and we'll see if we can accommodate)

In our hatching arsenal are:

GQF 1500 Digital Cabinet Egg Incubator

GQF 1550 Digital Cabinet Egg Hatcher

Jumbo egg tray for turkey, goose, peafowl, emu, and ostrich.  Capacity dependent on size of eggs (takes up 1 shelf) $25 reservation fee.

Large egg tray for turkey, duck, jumbo chicken. 48 egg capacity (takes up 1/2 shelf) $12.50 reservation fee

Chicken egg trays hold bantam, pheasant, to large chicken eggs.  48 eggs capacity.  (takes 1/2 shelf) $12.50 reservation fee.

Automatic Refill System for GQF Cabinet Incubators.  Ensures your eggs maintain the correct humidity levels.

With this setup, we can simultaneously hatch the following:

288 chicken or duck eggs, or 36-45 larger eggs such as turkey or goose.

The incubator has 3 shelves which each hold 2 trays (48 chicken/duck eggs per tray), or 1 larger tray for turkey/geese eggs.

With this setup, we can add 2 trays (1 shelf) of eggs per week and hatch up to 96 chicken eggs per week.  Ducks/Turkey/Geese take longer.

You provide the hatching eggs within 7 days of them being laid. You can drop them off or have them shipped to us.

* Hatching local eggs is generally a lot better as any eggs that travel through the mail system do tend to have a low hatch rate due to conditions that are out of your control, our control and the seller’s control.  We generally get about a 25-50% hatch rate from shipped eggs, while we get an 85 to 100% hatch rate out of local eggs.

Reserve your incubator space per tray.

* The above nonrefundable security charge is to reserve your incubator space.

Chicken/Duck Egg Tray $12.50 (1/2 Self)
Large Tray (1 Shelf)

A charge of $1 per live chick hatched will be invoiced and due at pickup.

Each Self may be staggered by 3-14 days
Security Deposits are non-refundable.

Final Invoice

You will be charged $1.00/each for each successful live birth at hatch.  This is due before or at pickup.

Contact us for scheduling. If you need advice on proper hatching egg handling, please ask!

We want you to have a perfect hatch!

  • Eggs should not be older than 7 days old.
  • Eggs should be reasonably clean and not washed, handle them carefully and make sure your hands are clean.
  • Eggs must be stored pointy end down.
  • We expect good results but are not responsible for hatch rates. Hatching is dependent on the fertility of eggs, the viability of stock, and other factors.
  • Eggs can be marked with a pencil, not a marker or pen.
  • We will candle your eggs on day 10 and again before moving them from the incubator to the hatcher.  We will provide you with a status update on how many are developing, etc.
  • We will notify you when chicks start pipping.
  • Chicks must be picked up within 48 hours of hatching.
  • During the first 48 hours of chick care, we will provide them with a warm clean environment with food and water. Every additional 24 hours will be billed at $0.50 per bird per day up to 3 days and $0.75 per bird per day thereafter for up to an additional 3 days. Any chicks not picked up within a week of hatch will be considered abandoned and rehomed.
